Chicago Marathon Training

Well, I start my training for the Chicago Marathon next week.

I already run in the neighborhood of 30 miles a week, so the first few weeks will be easy training. I will raise the mileage per week to maintain my 30 miles per.

I ran 31.78 miles last week.

My cross training will be the bicycle!
