changing the motor in my jeep to a 4.3 vortec,

I need an adapter plate that will go between a 4.3 vortec and a torquefit a999 transmission. I've looked everywhere on the internet and can't find one.

they don;t make one because everyone says that trans is not strong enough to use for higher power motors. advanced adapters, novak adapters, and transdap are the main adapter shops, i think.

even though that trans came behind all the amc v8s

I'm assuming you have a TJ.
