Hmmm maybe a call or Email to Prestone would be a good idea to see if this foaming is normal, I can't imaging that cavitated fluid would do anything but be a detriment to cooling, but it wouldn't be the first time I've seen/heard of a major mfg. company schtupping my ride. I remember years ago using some STP fuel system cleaning agent but the can failed to mention that after running it for the specified time it'd foul yer spark plugs. Luckily I had one of those mini spark plug sandblaster units bolted to my workbench.
