Brake problems

Ive got a 79 CJ5 that just had a 4" lift put on. I cant get the brakes to prime up. I used a set of extended brake lines that are suppose to be for the model. I've replaced the master cylinder and the proportioning valve and bled the lines who knows how many times even with a pump. Still no peddle. All the way to the floor. What else could it be. Oh I've been through 3 master cylinders, 2 remans and 1 new one. What else is there? Oh power brakes if that helps. Any input is very much appreciated

Im no expert but did you try letting them gravity bleed for a little while.

If you've been through 3 master cylinders and it's still going to the floor, Air in the system would be my suspect for the cause with the abscence of an external leak. Bench bleed the master cylinder prior to intallation. Then bleed the wheels one at a time.
