what is the difference between the bestop strapless bikini and the bestop header bikini?

It has to do with the windshield channel. Header bikini or safari tops use a no drill windshield channel which mimics the "clip on" system of the soft top on the TJ. The strapless bikini and safaris use a windshield channel that requires drilling into the windshield and attaching it with screws like the YJ and CJ windshield channels.

Also, the strapless bikini attaches directly to your roll bar/ sport bar as opposed to the classic bikini that has a long strap that stretches on the back and attaches to the footman loops. The strapless actually has more straps than the classic style, it's just more concealed for a cleaner look and more quieter due to the increased amounts of cinch points.
