Best rear bumper/spare tire carrier?

I'm going to be buying a rear bumper with a swing out tire carrier hopefully this weekend for my 93 YJ. I want one with the swing out carrier on top of the bumper, not beside it...I don't want to bash the swing out part off rocks. I also want one that has the option of mounting a rack over the spare tire on the swing out carrier and it also has to have a 2" reciever for a hitch. I've seen one but it can only accomidate a 31" tire when the rack is on....I need it to hold at least a 33" tire with the rack on. Anyone have any suggestions on whats the best and most sturdy. It aslo has to be able to take some abuse.[addsig]

do you know any welders,certified preferred?

if yes,have them make one for you.well ask first

find somebody who paid $600. for theirs and take measurements and notes.

you could have a better one made cheaper,again if you know people
