Any Jeepz peeps from the Seattle Area?

Just curious because I may be heading to Fort Lewis next May and was wondering if there are any places to get the Jeep dirty.

Congrats, I used to be stationed at Ft. Lewis, awesome area. I was on the north side of the airfield right next to the Ranger Bat.

I had planned on retiring here at Fort Hood, but this assignment opened up and my wife has family in the Seattle area so off we go, maybe. Haven't heard officially yet. If nothing else, at least I can play in the snow with the Jeep but I'm sure there has to be some places close to offroad. BH, where did you live? I need to find something close but more rural and I need to have water nearby to fish. Thanks, KJ

I lived on base.

I had my dr650 on some trails up there, there are a few ORV parks in the area. I'm sure there's a couple jeep clubs in the area to hook up with, I had my jeep then but didn't wheel it.

Lots of places around seattle. may might still be alittle wet. better bring mud shoes. portlands only 3 hrs south lots down here too.
