When under the front of my 2000 Cherokee with 6 cyl. I noticed what appears to be mounting plug like on the fender wells, but the problem is there is nothing mounted. Is there supposed to be a skid plate or something? Seems awful naked :???:
Some did come with a front skid that protected the steering but if it's ever lifted it's pretty much useless. They were made out of stamped sheet metal so they weren't much good to begin with.
