I just recently replace the block in my jeep now I'm getting no fuel, have no gauges and no spark dose anyony have a clue as to what could be wrong?

Did you reuse the flexplate off the old engine?.

Forget to tighten the ground wire next to the dip stick?

fried computer. cam sensor controls fuel crank sensor contols spark. if you have neither than something in the harness shorted out. ive seen oxygen sensor harnesses cause the same problem on engine replacement. voltage gets backfed into pcm as soon as the battery is hooked up and boom. nothing happens. look for broken and shorted wiring. repair as needed. hope you dont have SKIM. (factory anti-theft) otherwise its dealership time.
