95 chevy 3.4 motor in 88 wrangler

Just throwing ideas out. I have a 89 s10 with a 95 camaro 3.4 in it and was wondering if it would bolt to my 88 carbed 4.2 5 speed transmission?

No, your Peugeot BA10/5 transmission does not have the GM bellhousing pattern (60º I think).

yep but I wasn't sure what bolt houseing the Peugeot BA10/5 transmission was because of the 2.8 they used in the cherokees. So what else does bolt up to it?

Jeep 304, 360, and 401.

I used an AA bellhousing to bolt a 350 to my Peugeot BA10/5 in my '88 YJ.

If you want a good conversion, pickup an entire 4.3L Vortec 4wd drivetrain from an S10 pickup or Blazer.
