94 Cherokee Wont turn over or run

We've replaced the battery, starter, starter reley and it just goes click!
Before this happened all the dash lights and gagues went dead. It hasn't run since.

I'm sorry, i don't recall what engine size you have. would you please tell me what it is? and is there any check engine light or a message on the instrument cluster?

The engine is a 4.0 and there is no engine light on. All the lights and gauges quick working,.. then the no starting or turning over happened.
I replaced serpentine belt and the water pump and everything was fine and then the gauges and dash quit and now the jeep wont start just clicks or nothing. Thanks for your interest.

Check all the ground connections from the battery to to engine block and body. check all the fuses in the box next to the battery and the one on the passenger kick panel by the side of the floor board. make sure the battery terminal cables are in good continuity with the battery. if that checks out good, turn the ignition to the run position(not start), with a helper watching the gauges for any activities, go to the fuse box next to the battery and wiggle the wires and harness slowly to see if theres a loose connection on the power distribution box.
