94 4.0 HO I6 with a rough idling problem

I am trying to sort out a rough idling problem on a friend's car. The car was running rough and she took it to service, where they diagnosed a faulty Crankshaft position sendor. After replacing it, she is having the car idle rough. Right ater it starts it seems OK for about half a minute but then it
will sound as if it is missing a few beats. I took out the fuel rail and all of the injectors deliver fuel, although I cannot tell if the pressure is right (haven't worked on a Jeep before). No vacuum leaks either. I checked each vacuum connection by plugging it and there was a noticeable change in idle speed.
I also noticed that the car hesitates if one tries to accelerate hard at speed
(e.g on 4th or 5th gear - it is a manual). I am thinking faulty throttle position sensor. Any suggestions?

Remove the throttle body and give it a good cleaning, being sure to clean the IAC housing on the side of the throttle body.

Jeeps do have a tendency to act up when you call them a car ;) Welcome to jeepz.com .

You mention that it is having problems when you give it the gas... Just my suggestion, but have you checked the fuel filter?
