please excuse my lack of knowledge, first time posting and I'm not a great car mechanic
prob #1
when I depress the brakes on my jeep I can hear what I believe is the vaccum pump kicking in, sometimes when I'm braking I have a loss of brake power and it feels like your on ice where your pressing the brakes and its just not slowing down, then you have to press very hard to get any braking. from the sound of it I didnt recall hearing the pump so I'm guessing I'm not getting any added pressure and I'm just using the hydrolics alone. Whats my fix? can I replace the pump? like I said its very intermittent, most of the time the brakes seem fine
prob #2
sometimes the jeep will not want to start, it will crank over and over but it wont start until I pump the gas pedal and the motor is the 4.0 EFI
Any ideas for that?
thanks in advance for any advise you might be able to give
