88 ford mustang19lb injectors

So I just ordered a replacement block for my jeep. Nothing too wild , but going with a 4.3 stroker kit. Was going to upgrade the injectors as I R&R the old 4.0. How long till the ecu will lean the new injectors, or I shouldn't have to worry since the factory are the same 19lb rating, just a single hole compared to a 4 hole on the new ones.

If everything is working correctly the PCM uses the adaptive memory setting until the O2s and other sensors are up to temp (160 deg)... That is app 2-5 min. After 50cycles the adaptive memory is overwritten.
Given they are 19 lb just like stock 19 lb there should be little to no difference in injector pulse.
