Steering on the normal side, but an ex-Postal Jeep 2wd. My son started building it (has the D44 still in it along with some leaf springs from an old Cherokee and a pair of XJ axles to go with)
Not in driving condition due to the trans change but registration is current.
Motor: 232 runs but burns oil. Swapped to Carter 2 bbl intake and '80 exhaust manifold.
Trans: 998 auto aka 32RH (was Borg Warner)
Tcase: NP208J (strong as a 231 and already fixed yoke)
Axle: D44 rear on too long springs and 2wd front.
Comes with 2 XJ axles (D30 and D35) 3.54 or 3.73 ratio (from an '86 XJ 4 cyl)
May have driveshafts too.
Steering box is an old power one from a full size Jeep (it had a bad leak but worked fine as a manual since the DJ5 is light)
His GF smashed up her Jeep (she was blinded and cut off by some retard trying to escape the police) and he needs to sell it so she can get back to work. (they need the money to fix her XJ and pay back rent lost from her being hurt and hours cut at work)
