2011 Cherokee parts question

So the Jeep autobody is repairing the front bumper, but they don't know what this part is and where to find it. I've circled it below on the attached pic.


Does anyone know if these are seperate parts, part of the lower bumper, etc?

Lower valance maybe. Or lower facia. .depends on what jeep is callin it. Shouldn't be hard to find tho, should find it at your local dealers parts dept

I think that comes with the facia.
