hi i have a 2001 jeep grand cherokee limited 60th aniiversary ed
it is a 4.7 v8 and i have some questions there are these metal balls on the hydrolic cooling fan out side like going a round it i dont know if they are balencing it to sping good or idk what they are for and my fan spins slow i stopped it with my hand one time and when i turn the wheel all the way left or right the fan like stops spining almost idk what those metal bearings are for and any ideas for making it work this part is alot of money to buy and i dont have any money to buy much parts i love my truck
