2000 Cherokee Head Unit Installation Help

Hey, I'm new to this message board and new to the Jeep community (just bought a 2000 XJ) and had a question about installing an aftermarket head unit. Mostly, how the heck do I get the old one out? Any help would be appreciated. I'm also interested in how to get the speakers out to replace. Thanks.

its always just a matter of pulling screws, removing panels, etc...

usually a pain in the ass the first time around, but its easy after that...[addsig]
