I have a 94 GC with a 4.0 "S" engine. Will a 2000 4.0 engine fit? I'll be using all my existing bolt on stuff (manifolds, Distributor, sensors, etc.) I just need to know if the basic engine will fit and mate to the transmission.
If you use all of your existing sensors, manifolds, etc. it will drop right in.
but if the new motor is out of a 5-speed vehicle and yours is an auto or vice-versa you have to change fly wheels.
