Hi, Can antone help me...
I have just bought a 2.5 turbo diesel s reg and my coolant seems to be leaking and my temp gauge goes up to the red and then straight back down.
Am i looking at a major problem here or something real simple?

Im not sure where its coming from.

I had a garage look at it yesterday and they said i needed to replace thermostat and thermostat gasket.

but surelt that wont stop the leak, just the temp gauge going up?
