Having a possible fuel issue on my 1999 4.0 grand Cherokee. Started with replacing all sensors on throttle body. Didn't work. I can get it to run but once you rev it up let's say 2000rpm or over it bogs down and stalls with back pressure. I'm get fuel to the fuel rail so I'm wondering if it's a vacuum issue. Currently the jeep has no cat on the exhaust so I know that's not causing the back pressure. Any clues or hints? Thanks
