carnuck New member Jun 6, 2012 #2 First thing I'd try is the coolant temp sensor. I had a '96 XJ that I had to unplug it when hot to get the Jeep to start.

L LeHul1 New member Jul 8, 2012 #4 It was the crank shaft position sensor. I got it figured out by pouring water on it everyone it wouldn't start, then it would crank in less than sixty seconds
