My 5 spd. Jeep cherokee sport likes to not start when I drive too far or when it gets too hot. it it usually starts after 10 to 20 minutes. Any ideas?

First thing I'd try is the coolant temp sensor. I had a '96 XJ that I had to unplug it when hot to get the Jeep to start.

Hey that sounds easy, in fact a mechanic suggested that the other day. Next time it heats up should I disconnect it? Thanks for the reply sir...

It was the crank shaft position sensor. I got it figured out by pouring water on it everyone it wouldn't start, then it would crank in less than sixty seconds
