1994 cherokee door lock

recently locked my door and now it doesn't seem to unlock. neither inside or outside handle will open the door. tried unlocking with the key, inside button and power unlock... no avail....... any ideas???????

can you hear the door lock actuator trying to unlock? or is there no power to it. If there's power to the door lock actuator and it doesn't pop up,more than likely the actuator has gone bad.

Does the key turn and unlock the door?

actuator is working and key wont unlock it... sounds like it does, but no result
