1969 jeep 4 cylinder running terrible

this 69 jeep won t get over 30 an back fires terrible idles ok but doesnt seem to be getting andy spark to 1 cylinder could it be a babd valve or wire to the plugs wrong?

Sounds like the spark may be jumping acrost the posts in your rotor cap.Try a new rotor and cap.

agree ^^ could also be wiped lobe on the cam, worn out timing chain.

I agree, most commonly caused by a cap that is wet or cracked.
