when it sits idle the rpms drop to 400rpms. its a 3.7ltr. and it only has started happening since i got my oil changed!! please lend some advice

No SES lamp when it happens?, check the sensor connectors by the air filter box and the sensor connector to the cam phaser on the passenger side cylinder head.
