06 Commander center seat fold down.

So according to owners manual there is supposed to be a strap to pull to release center seat to fold. Mine is apparently missing. Any clever ideas on how to fix

That was my first thought at the time. And I gently pulled plastic back and could not see anything. There is another member post here regarding the mechanism getting tight and they were afraid of breaking this strap. I am guessing this could be what happened. Anybody know where this strap mounts to?

Following up on this post I did fix it. The strap indeed had been torn off the rivet off a mechanical arm just a few inches back from where strap was supposed to be. I drilled out the rivet and fashioned a split ring with some paracord as a replacement and back in business. Hope this helps next person.
