03 Jeep Grand Cherokee won't start at times

Hello, New Here my son has a 03 grand cherokee 4.7 v-8 There is times he goes to start it and it seems as though the battery is dead or a short the starter will click then it will reset his clock and radio after a couple of tries it will start. maybe it will work ok for a week or do it quit regularly jeep garage has no idea whats wrong. we cleaned the battery terminals didn't help.

Get the battery tested. It could be a Bad cell in the battery causing an intermittent no crank and no start especially if the battery is a MOPAR(t's).
