02 tj question

ive got an 02 tj with a a 3 inch body lift and 35 in radials. when i take off i get a knocking coming from the front driver side, and seems the more i turn the louder or harder the sound is. it goes away after i reach around 10 mph, took it to a local 4x shop and they were uncertain, checked the u joint not that. any ideas greatly appreciated.

Even the u-joint on the axle shafts?

Open the differential cover and check the ring and pinion gears as well as the spider gears.
