02 sensors

Can anyone tell me how many 02 sensors are in a Jeep Grand Cherokee? In October I had 1 02 sensor @$91.00 replaced, and 1 Throttle Pos. Sensor @ $76.00 plus 3hrs labor @$60.00 an hr. The check engine light keeps coming on and going off so I went to Advanced Auto yesterday, he ran some kind of code check and said another sensor was bad but could not tell which one it was. I called the garage who originally replaced the sensors and he said he should have given me a print out of the code check he ran. Would this print out have shown which sensors were already replaced?

I'm thinking it should have two o2 sensors, one at the base of the exhaust manifold and one behind the catalytic converter. The code scanners should be able to discern between the two.

X2, at least 2 O2 sensors. What size engine do you have and what was the DTC prior to replacing the O2 sensor?

I have no idea what the DTC is or was prior to replacing the 02 sensor. It is a 5.9 engine. Just bought this vehicle on 9/22 and I'm almost finished with all the repairs that had to be done. Hopefully this one will be the last, at least for a little while anyway. Well the sun roof opened the day we brought it home but has since quit. Motor still runs but won't open also it has a DVD player which I could care less about but that also does not work. It might need an in line fuse which I have no idea where to find it. Wires everywhere and like I said before I have absolutely no idea on the inner workings of a car.
