If I go with a 2" body lift..... Is there any mods to steering or anything?

As far as I can tell it is. So far all looks original. This is my first jeep restore, it trips me out how basic they are. It's a lot of fun. Does anyone know much about these AMC 304cu.? Are they purdy powerful?

Lol yea I'm trying to get'R done before this Spring. This yr renegade didn't come with a Tail gate unless it was silver anniversary But I've got one in the works. Made out of 1/4" diamond plate.

I have already got my frame done with a grinder and a wire wheel and undercoating. Now since the body is off and sitting on saw hoarded I fig. I'll go ahead and do it. This is my deer huntn rig, so I'm Not to worried on looks just functionality. Thanks

I have a 79' where did you find a hardtop.

I'm a newby. I'm building up my 79' renegade. I'm needing a gas tank and those pieces that are welded to the frame where the body bolts to( don't know what there called). Could y'all help me out, I don't know where to order stuff from without getting ripped off. Thanks for yalls help.

The battery doesn't do anything but crank it. Does it seen to die after its running awhile? As far as the battery drain, not sure which type of solenoid you have I could have a short in it draining the battery.
