Would an extractor work to change the fluid in my automatic transmission

Got something in the mail today! It's been way too cold to try it out but maybe this weekend. Sent from my Pixel 6a using Tapatalk

    Selling a Wrangler... ?

I've never done ceramic, but seen it on youtube. Did you have the coat the plastic fenders, headlights, etc - or just the paint? I see some guys use it on everything.

Would an extractor work to change the fluid in my automatic transmission

I changed the filter a couple of years ago. I really should look up when I did that. I've heard of disconnecting the cooler lines and using them to supply / remove. That sounds pretty cool, and I may try that.

Would an extractor work to change the fluid in my automatic transmission

I'd like to change the fluid (or at least most of the fluid) in my 2005 Jeep TJ (42RLE) again. Normally I'd pull the aftermarket skidplate, and drop the pan, then fill things back up again. I'm wondering if an oil pump like this might make things easier...

LED lights (brake, turn and maker) for my Jeep TJ

I'll be the first to admit that the Aliexpress tail lights are not the same quality as my OEM ones. I've got the originals tucked away for the future. I added in a video that shows the front turn signals - I like the way they sort of indicate the direction you are turning.

LED lights (brake, turn and maker) for my Jeep TJ

I had gotten tired of the stock yellow marker lights, and red brake lights on my Jeep TJ, so decided to do a bit of an upgrade. I didn't want to spend a ton of money, as most LED packages are pretty expensive. This is how I upgraded my tail lights, and turn signals for less than most full...

    Selling a Wrangler... ?

I didn't see a place to add in a hard top, so this price may be lite You should get a quote from carmax and carvana. I found that carmax gave me more for my wife's old Acadia than I could have sold it for on craigslist.

    Selling a Wrangler... ?

Don't worry what people say about price. You should try to get the best price possible. Cars / Jeeps / everything have been overpriced for a while now. I think prices are starting to come down though. I think you should remove all the stickers, the tow hitch cover, and maybe the red hood hold...

    1974 / 1977 CJ5 transmission / transfer case interchangeability

Man, that thing is cool! I like the patina on it. I like the matching trailer as well.

    1974 / 1977 CJ5 transmission / transfer case interchangeability

I'm glad you found the answer. If you have a moment, post some photos of your Jeep, I'd love to check it out. My first Jeep was a 1980 CJ5. It was so rusty that you could look through one quater panel and see out the other. 33s with a 3 inch body lift... It was a rolling death trap, but I...

    84 CJ7 258 starter

One of my favorite Youtubers is Vice Grip Garage - he's always taking cars out of fields and getting them running. I looked for some videos of him fixing locked up engines and found this:

    84 CJ7 258 starter

The thing we are getting at, is if the engine is locked up. An engine could lock up because of internal damage, or just from sitting too long and developing some rust inside. All the starter does when starting a car is turn the engine quickly - fast enough for the engine to start. When you...
