    jk idiot lights

I could only speculate a slip of some sort on one of the wheels. That's when a trac light and esp light would turn on when it detects a skip on one of the tone rings which, in this case makes sense since it turned off after you have made a 90 degree turn. Landed a bit hard - now check engine light is on.

I agree. If the DTC comes back, it's best to replace both upstream and downstream sensors if all of them are of the same age. Engine seized? Don't know why!

Try to rotate the crankshaft counter clockwise to see if it moves. If it's still seized , pull off all the spark plugs and see if there's any water in the cylinders. If that doesn't yield any answers, pull the oil pan and remove the last 2 main bearing caps. See if it rotates then. Sent from my...

    Key to vehicle malfunction

A competent locksmith can sometimes program these newer Remotes on CAN bus communication systems. Even if the remote is still sending out a signal , it doesn't necessarily mean its still good. In most cases from my experience, if the wireless control module ( WCM) will not recognize the code of...

    Key to vehicle malfunction

Get the remote checked. Either a loose battery terminal or an internal failure is evident in the remote circuit. A dealer can try to reprogram the key and if that doesn't work, it will need replacement. Sent from my iPad using Jeepz
