question is there any differences majorly between a 1993 4.0 and a 1995 4.0 if so please inform i just bought a 93 4.0 and intend on rebuilding for my 95 zj but am unaware if there are any differences?

No major differences, might have slightly different belt routing if the '95 was made late in the year. Otherwise you'll be fine swapping everything over.
