ZJ ABS light

Just bought a ZJ in CAlifornia with a salvage title. To register it I need to get a brake and light inspection but it can't pass with the ABS light on. If I take the ABS light out so it doesn't look like anything is wrong what are the odds that it will pass? And the people doing the test won't notice?
Has anyone tried this? Any recommendations would be appreciated!

They will notice because the light comes on when you turn the key on. You may just need to check the connections or replace one of the sensors.

I was going to take the light out of the cluster so nothing would turn on

Theres nothing wrong with my Jeep except my cats ****ed, so it threw my engine light.. But i threw the code reader on it, and nothing else is wrong. Yet.. My ABS lights and shit turn on when first starting up, they go away after it runs for a sec. But taking the bulb right out of the cluster would work.. How would there be a light with no bulb? Lol. However they would probably throw a reader on it to pass a government inspection. In BC, no matter what, it has to pass a 150 point inspection
