ok now that I've got you here. This is for you TJ owners. I am sick and tired of that stupid a$$ rear track bar. So who got rid of theirs(the track bar) and drives it(the jeep) daily? Is it ok to take it out and is it safe for highway speeds, like 75mph?

Thanks for the help, AJ

I hope your talking about the rear sway bar?
The track bar keeps the rear end in line with the jeep.

I have always been a big avocat of telling peps to keep the rear sway on to keep it from nose diving in corners.
Personaly I had disco's on my rear sway( K&L sliding type) but found out the other week I have been driving with them open and one is broken completely.
Since I have Tera-Flex'es long arm kit maybe that is helping me but I re-moved the rear sway bar completely and havnt noticed any problems.
I would recomend that you take a quick trip around town with it still attached and then disco it and try the same route. If you dont see that much nose diving in the corners or none at all add it to the jeep junk pile behind the house. That is where mine is now.

TJ owners can NOT get rid of the rear track bar, it is an integral part of the 5-link suspension. Don't do it, not only will you notice the difference, but you'll likely bend/break the control arms and who knows what else.
