Hi there.. I have had 3 Jeep Wagoneers in my day, but I never seen anything like this (maybe I was lucky), so I need some Jeep input.
I replaced my clutch, and my York Style A/C compressor along with a new dryer.
I went to charge it with the proper fluids as well as adding the oil to the compressor. Now, once it got charged were the gauge stated it was within a normal charge (far from caution) and it released most of the new fluid out of the bottom of the compressor, which told me that was some sort of pressure release valve. Thank god for that! LOL...
The questions I have.. Where should I look into which is making the compressor building up pressure and not allowing the fluid to run through the entire a/c system.
I have all the original Jeep manuals and unfortunately it doesn't mention what to do if this happens.
Unlike my last Jeeps when I charged - I was able to see the fluids moving through my site glass. I can say this time, I don't see that same reaction, so obviously there is a circulation problem or so I lead to believe that..
I need help on this - Thank you for your time and input!
