Looks like it's for a '92 to '95, correct? Is it designed to fit over the softop hardware, or without? They make both.

It was on his 93, not sure about the softtop hardware, however he did have a soft top, how coud I tell?

It looks like it would fit over the softtop hardware, so it may fit a little loose for somebody not using a softtop. It looks like mine.
