yj and cj7 frame

Are the frames the same? I fabricated a set of nerf bars for my 91yj, and have enough material to make anouther set, The angle of the frame from the back to the front is 80 degrees. well these same nerf bars fit on a cj7? I am going to fab anouther set to sell on craigs list,and wanted to know if they would fit both jeeps,for advertisement purposes.
How much do you think a good price to sell them for would be, being unemployed,gotta snag a buck when I can. They are .150 wall thickness.

i am of no help here. how much did it cost to make them? you got the parts cheap/free right? how much are new ones? sell them a little below and just advertise that you custom made them using your yj as the template and have a set on your jeep, if anyone wants to see them on vehicle

Yes, I got the material free. Total expense was around a 100 dollars.Spot brazed them togeather , so as to take them to the weld shop to be welded up ,that was 70 dollars. Felt kinda like an oddball when I had taken them there and they asked me why I brazed them on,didnt have a welder. There was some concern about the braze being on there,just told them to weld it up and I would take care of any holes that was left where the weld met the bronze. Turned out the welding procedure just blew the bronze right out of the picture,solid weld all around.

No. The frames are not the same. The cj is narower than the yj. A little google work will give you the dimensions and maybe you can alter your desighn to fit.
