Woman drives on sidewalk to pass school bus

Cleveland Metropolitan School District bus driver captured video of a female motorist driving on the sidewalk to avoid stopping for the bus loading and unloading children.

Its against the law to pass on the left of a school bus when stopped, Dont think there is is anything written about passing on the right?

She was cited for not stopping for the schoolbus. I'd think there would be an extra something for driving on a sidewalk.

I see no problem with sidewalk driving or passing a stopped school bus unloading children. No worries about a few ppl being maimed by a vehicle.

I would have charged her with driving off road while passing as well as taken my time to go through each page and find what was applicable. I'd prolly make a few up too.

On a side note that probably the most off road a Compass has ever seen

Probably the most treacherous off roading that the Compass can achieve . Isn't that what the Compass was designed for ?
