I have an 86 CJ7 that I bought last summer. I have discovered that the driver's wind wing is broken at the top pivot and flops out when I open it. It appears that the pivot stud is welded or screwed into the inside of the door frame, but I am not sure. Does anyone know if the pivot stud can be removed without tearing apart the door's rubber molding?
