I think I may be a little bit special.
USMC March 1999- September 2003
3043 Supply
Paris Island & Camp Lejeune for initial training
99-00 Camp Fuji, Japan
00-03 Camp Lejeune, NC (Jan 03-Jul 03 Iraq and Kuwait)
US ARMY January 2004-Present
92Y Supply
2004-2007 Ft Benning, GA
2007-2010 Torii Station, Okinawa, Japan (present)
2010-TBD Ft Campbell KY
And, because somebody will ask.....The Marine Corps.
Still bleeding the Red and Gold. My wife is in the Army too, that is the only reason I am still hanging out here. I woulda ETSed and went back to my D. Doghouse if she wasn't in the Army.
She is in a Patriot ADA unit over here in Okinawa too. You want to talk about ate up units.... ADA takes the prize.
Here is a small list of what the USMC has or has alot more of that makes it better:
#1 biggest difference is Comradery
#2 Discipline
Honor
Loyalty
Love of Country
Integrity
Genuine Care for the Servicemenber
The exceptions to this is for specialized units in the Army (Green Beret, Rangers, Maybe EOD)
