which is more difficult to do - drive around in a busy town are driving offroad? me personally, it is alot easier to drive offroad than drive around in the big city that i live in, plus your breaks last longer.

depends on conditions really, if you're comparing a rural town to a technical icy offroading place (like paragon on december 14th) then i'd say that offroading is more difficult. if you're comparing fireroads to city driving, then obviously the city driving is harder...[addsig]

im comparing it to a big city where its stop and go traffic and people drive like maniacs and people cut you off and your always slamming on the breaks to avoid hitting the a$$hole in front of you vs. driving in the woods or rockcrawling, whatever is more challenging to you.

I live in a big city but its not too big. even though it's the capital of NC. You can drive for 5 mins and have tobacco fields all around you, It's awesome. so offroading is more difficult but much more fun[addsig]

i live in a very well-to-do suburban town. it is the county seat, and home to many many doctors, lawyers, etc... everyone's wife is driving an expedition while babbling on her cell phone. because of these conditions, i will say that city driving around here is much more difficult. :)[addsig]

That city driveing for me is just a memorie! I was lucky and left the city long ago. But I use to drive Chicago from Gary Indiana to Milwakee sometime twice a day and that was the down town central route in a T2000 Kenworth pulling a 53' Dry box full of 64,000 lbs of Beer. so off road for me is real nice. Heckmy home town now is real nice. Tug[addsig]

I wonder how many gallons to the mile Tug used driving that load. Leave with 64,000 lbs. and arrive with 2. Heck you can always blame it on evaporation. [addsig]
