What wheels/tires worked with what lift.

From all my research it seems it's a puzzle to calculate your model jeep, amount of lift to determine the right replacement wheels, backspacers, tires to complete the project. I hope this thread can be a welcome place to tell your successful combinations.
I also hope someone will tell the perfect wheels/tires he put on a Grand Cherokee ZJ after a 2.25" lift fit for a daily commuter and gentle weekend offroad use. ;)
 
5.5" front coils (actually 6" for a TJ) and SOA rear made my '87 MJ fit 33/9.50/15s with no rub. (I suggest the curved lower arms ala KJ style for more front clearance for steering) They also fit on stock rims just fine!
