Cool! I had that big wheel. I think I wore the wheels off that thing locking up the rear wheels with that 'brake'.

oh man, I'm really dissapointed! When people were saying "big wheel", I thought they were talking about the motorcycles. Any one know what I mean, the ones that probably weight about 700 pounds, are fairly low to the ground but really wide with huge tires on them???? I've got a friend with one of those and boy is it fun. Nothing like launching those off a 20 foot high jump!

Wow... I can't believe that nobody on this board has had the distinct pleasure of a '80s Chrysler K-car... I'll tell ya, I loved that car. Some of you have had so many vehicles. I'm only 21, and have had 2, well, technically, I'm just renting Jeepy from Chrysler Financial till May, '07, but then it's all mine! (darned 5 year financing). After that, I'm thinking a Wrangler of some sort, perhaps a YJ Sahara, or a TJ Rubicon. In addition, of course, I'm a pack rat by nature, and fully intend to keep my Jeep till there's nothing left of it (either due to MDOT's 5 inches of salt for 1 inch of snow, Oakland County's delightful swimming-pool potholes, or some sort of tree-to-jeep meeting which reduces both to tiny bits). If there's any chance of work or repair that can be done to prolong it's life, I'll do it, because I really love my Jeep... I think I finally found my niche, caught that darned bug that comes standard on all models...

Ok, Gadget, here goes (don't know how great it is). Way back in my younger, dumber days I was pretty much a bum - couldn't hold a steady job - partied too much. I had wrecked my '66 Bug playing "grand prix" on some slick, windy roads so I was without wheels. A buddy of mine in our bike club had this beauty sittin' around and his girlfriend needed a crock pot REAL bad! So, after a little discussion, I bought a crock pot, gave it to his girlfriend, and I got the title and the keys. Picture this...

and you'll get an idea of my ride. My dad wound up throwin' $350 into it (brakes, mainly) to get it roadworthy (a debt I've since repaid vicariously through my son - payback, I believe it's called). Months later I was driving it north on I-71 and passed and Ohio State Trooper in the median. We made eye contact and I knew I was done - sure enough, he pulled out behind me, lights flashing. He pulled me over for a "safety check" and walked away shaking his head when all he could give me was a warning ticket for a faulty emergency brake (never did fix that cable). It was really a great ol' car. Here's an interior pic......
That steering wheel was about 8 foot in diameter, I swear. And check out that stylin' AM radio on the dash. Yep, they sure don't make 'em like they used to.....(not necessarily a bad thing).

88wrangles actually that was stevens bike but I did ride it and also as a pasenger....either way it was uncomfortble personally I think its just too big. If you want a huge bike get a cruiser. heres a pic of it, I dont think im a tiny person but that bike looks like a monster, my choice is the 600r.
