What is the trick to CCV reinstallation

Have a 2002 wrangler, 4.0L, 6 cylinder automatic. Removed the CCV and grommet from the valve cover to test and check for a vacuum. All is well with the ccv. Need help on reinstalling the CCV.

What is the secret to installing the ccv into the valve cover, since it was originally pressed on. Can it be installed without removing the valve cover?

Yes. You may want to put a small o-ring to keep oil from seeping out of the CC. Base.

to reinstall push in at a slight angle and it will snap in.
