replaced front axle . axle seals , bearings , with 1987-2006 JEEP WRANGLER YJ TJ DANA 30 FRONT END USA 4340 CHROMOLY AXLE KIT, i got new in box for 150.00. I also changed center link and drag link. luckily ball joints were good or they would have went too. Also changed steering stabilizer. getting alighnment first thing in the am. Then i am off to see what else I can break.

I turbo charged my Tj in November, has been running lean ever since then, I tried bigger injectors, tried everything.. Turns out the stupid fuel filter was bad. Now it has 50 psi fuel pressure and the air fuel gage reads perfect. Never ran better.

Cool! How about a picture of the engine/turbo?

It took a lot of work, I run a large CNC machine shop so I did all the machine work myself, traded an old wood burner I had for the turbo, manifold, waste gate and blowoff valve. All together I think I have under $250 in it, dynoed at 208 hp at 6 psi boost. Still running the stock injectors and 9.5:1 compression so my low end didn't change , starts pulling pretty good around 2200rpm and I'm getting around 23 mpg..

This was an earlier picture when I was in the test stage but you can at least see the the neon srt turbo

Went for a ride
topless today then when I got home I decided to fix my upper slider window.

The outside trim piece had broken clips so it would flop in the wind...
I took a solder iron and melted it back together

Then I took a heat gun to the top of my door panel, it was starting to turn white like the front edge here

After a few mins of heat.
