What are these bumper lights?

They are standard and the local shops don't carry anything to match. That ring comes off and the light has a recessed ring where it sits.

They are all clouded over and can't be cleaned.

Check ebay would be my guess. Led fogs from ebay last forever but the lenses on some fog over after a few years

The bumper came from Walmart 3rd party or EBay Check those vendors.
