Alrighty, I have been stompin' around the area playing on dirtpiles just for kicks and I get stuck almost everytime on the taller ones. My dad has no problem and never gets stuck. Its all because of that belly up!My tummy always get hungs up real good.I got stuck so good yesterday that my dad couldnt even pull me out being all locked up and in 1st gear low range.Plus I scoop up dirt with my t-case skid. When I finally dug out and got yanked off, I has to scoop at least 10 pounds of dirt out of my skid! I think I am gonna start calling my jeep "earth mover".Any one have any suggestions on how I could make this skid smaller, maybe even some kind of tummy tucker?

body lift, motor mount lift, and use a good strong gauge steel to follow the contour of the framerails and the drivetrain

Buy a clocking ring for the 300 and rotate it upward. Then make a flat skid pan for it. The rings are about $250. Or go faster.

You'll have to clock the 300 up out of the way, but watch front driveshaft clearance. Otherwise it'll take a body lift and motor mount lift to raise the entire driveline.

Consider welding metal plate to the front and back of your current crossmember, angled up at 45*. This may help.

a clocking ring may put your driveline back further... is it possible to clock it with new holes?
