Tps??

I have a 97 Wrangler TJ that I just recently bought. I went off-roading with it, and wouldn't ya know, the check engine light turned on a couple days later. I checked what code the light meant and I got codes 12, 24, and 55 (12 and 55 don't mean anything important). Now it's starting to get cold, and the jeep seems to have a lot of trouble getting started and then accelerating once it starts up.

I wasn't sure if I should just change the TPS sensor completely, and if I should, how do I do it? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks a ton.

:agree: that you should help me out

First off welcome to Jeepz...

second take your jeep down to your local Auto zone and have them throw on there OBD II reader, they can tell you what the codes are and if your should replace the Throttle body position sensor. If its not constantly on you might check the connections first to make sure your not getting a false code due to a loose connection.
