tow package

This may seem like a dumb question, but I bought a used 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a V/8 and it is rigged with a factory tow receiver. If a unit comes equipped with a tow package, are the other important features, i.e., trans cooler, larger radiator part of the package...as a rule? p.s. I don't have the original sheet on the vehicle which lists the options.
